Your New Role
Westpac Digital’s mission is to be the best digital bank in your pocket by focusing on delivering easier, faster, and even more secure digital experiences for our customers to manage their money. We create digital experiences for our customers, delivering solutions and capability to meet their changing banking needs today and in the future.
This is a 12-month program with 3 x 4-month rotations. As a graduate, you will gain experience across all aspects of Westpac Digital. Rotation areas and/or immersions could include: digital project delivery, business analysis, change management, product ownership, risk and governance, strategy, eCommerce, customer experience and operations.

What you’ll need to succeed:
* A passion for digital experiences, technology, and online banking.
* Motivation to drive innovative change in the banking industry.
* Curious and loves critical thinking and problem-solving, we welcome graduates from all degree disciplines.
You will also need:
* To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
* You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
* You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
