What You'll Do

* Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored retention solutions.
* Support clients considering exiting by identifying ways to improve their experience and retain their trust
* Deliver retention strategies to prevent clients exiting and improve engagement
* Act as the first point of contact to resolve concerns with empathy and confidence
* Help clients maximise their Support at Home benefits
* Collaborate with various teams across the business to drive success and strengthen client relationships
* Use AI and digital tools to improve response times, insights, and workflows
* Track and share client insights to drive improvements across the business

What You'll Bring

* A driven and proactive mindset, with a passion for tackling challenges and achieving results
* Experience in client success, account management, or customer retention
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
* A balance of empathy and persuasive problem-solving when managing client conversations
* A hands-on approach to client engagement and retention strategies
* CRM experience and confidence working with data, metrics, and performance goals
* An openness to adopting new digital and AI tools to boost efficiency and client outcomes
* Knowledge of aged care or Support at Home Program is valued but not essential.
