About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a high-performing customer focused salesperson to join our team in this exciting new role.
The Pet Transport Sales Consultant is responsible for providing a personalised service that caters to all our customers' and their pets' individual needs through detailed and accurate estimates, planning of itineraries, including road, air freight and boarding services, answering enquiries via website, ensuring customer care and animal welfare are our highest priority, whilst meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
About You
* Minimum 3 years sales/consultant experience in a fast-paced environment
* Animal, travel/tourism and/or logistics services industry experience is desired
* Experienced in answering enquiries via website leads, emails and calls
* Excellent administration, time management,communication skills and attention to detail
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Show great care, empathy and compassion towards companion animals and their owners
* Excellent communication, customer service and people skills
* High proficiency working with Microsoft Office, CRMs, & phone systems
* Experience managing complex customer enquiries
* Competent in trouble shooting and issue resolution
* Ownership and accountability are paramount
* Can adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
