Your Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team in Kwinana, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and make product recommendations
* Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
* Inform customers of new product ranges and services
* Understand customer sales history and proactively identify requirements
* Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner
* Take ownership of customer interactions and cultivate relationships
* Perform warehouse duties and lifting tasks

About You:

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
* Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable
* Forward-thinking and proactive approach
