About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer in Gosford. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization to our members and clients, providing top-notch administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Ensure daily administration and data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, whether in person, by phone, or through written correspondence.
* Support to Financial Planners: Assist with tasks such as Record of Advice (ROAs) and diary management for client appointments.
* Transaction Verification: Verify that client transaction requests are complete and follow up with clients for any outstanding items before submitting them to our Member Solutions Team for processing.
This is an 18-month contract opportunity until December 2026. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good phone manner.
* Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding client service.
* Flexibility: Your ability to work on-site Monday-Friday between the operational hours of 8:45 am- 5:15 pm.
* Passion for Client Interaction: A passion for interacting with clients face-to-face, and assisting them with general queries.
* Proactive Approach: A proactive and solution-focused approach, to help meet the needs of our clients and members while growing your career in a leading super fund.
