Senior Care Assistant Opportunity
As a senior care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and assistance to elderly clients in their own homes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing domestic assistance, personal care, social support, and shopping services to clients;
* Visiting clients' homes and working independently in the community;
* Transporting clients safely in your own registered and comprehensively insured vehicle;
* Collaborating with coordinators and registered nurses to ensure exceptional care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification;
* Current First Aid and CPR certification;
* A valid Australian driver's licence;
* A federal police check (or willingness to obtain);
* The ability to speak another language is highly regarded.
You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza and have a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle.
