We are expanding our team and are excited to welcome a Senior Advisor Workforce to our Workforce Advisory team. This role is responsible for providing expert practical advice across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service on complex employment matters in accordance with the human resource industrial framework. The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of significant and consistent outcomes and outputs that contribute to the achievement of organisational goals. Key Responsibilities include: * Work collaboratively under the direction of the Workforce Advisory leadership team in the development and service delivery of the Workforce Advisory model and activities. * Provide contemporary expert advice and application of the HR industrial framework to management. * Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate management and resolution of complex employment matters including organisational change, performance management, conduct, suspension, discipline and dismissal. * Prepare high quality and timely correspondence on behalf of senior management of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, including submissions, reports, briefing notes and correspondence about human resource management issues. Remuneration value up to $152 772 p.a, comprising salary between $125 002 - $133 898 p.a, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
