About the Project: GenusPlus Group has been awarded the Christmas Creek Decarbonization Project Stage 2, delivering the construction of a 33kV Overhead and Underground Distribution Network spanning 50km across FMG's Christmas Creek Mine Site. The project plays a vital role in supporting FMG's transition to electric mining assets.

Responsibilities
* Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
* Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
* Assist in the creation of electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
* Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date, and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
* Liaise with internal Engineering and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.
Essential criteria
* S26 Supervisor ticket
* Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
* Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Licence.
* Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
* Minimum 3 years\' experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
* Valid Driver's Licence - "C" Class
* OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work to required deadlines.
* Good judgement and decision making.
* High level communication including active listening skills.
