Administrative Assistant Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Clerk/Radio Operator. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, operating radio equipment, and ensuring timely dispatch of public transport services.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration duties: responding to phone calls, emails, and queries; data entry; maintenance of accurate records and files.
* Radio operations: operation of two-way radios; communication with drivers and other stakeholders.
* Dispatch: coordination of vehicle movements; management of schedules and timetables.
Requirements
* Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent typing and data entry skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Knowledge of the local area.
* Experience with computer mapping software.
* Previous experience in radio operations.
