What you'll do - Recruitment Specialist
As Hireup's Recruitment Specialist, you will support the business in all aspects of recruitment activity. You will be a subject matter expert, working quickly and autonomously to support our leaders to hire quality talent, deliver memorable candidate experiences and be a knowledgeable business partner that deeply understands the business.
You will:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job briefs, proactive sourcing, screening, interviews and assessments, offer management, and onboarding;
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and nurture a diverse and quality pool of candidates;
* Deliver great customer and candidate experiences whilst representing the Hireup brand, story and values;
* Act as a trusted and influential business partner to leaders;
* Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activity;
* Collaborate with the Talent Management Lead to improve hiring processes, tools and support on Recruitment projects.
Your Background
* Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment/talent acquisition including managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle;
* Experience in a generalist recruitment role with some experience in Tech or Product desired but not essential;
* Ability to adapt and recruit across different teams;
* Expert prioritisation and time-management with experience managing multiple roles;
* Strong communication, business partnering and stakeholder management skills;
* A hunger to learn, be curious and ask bold questions;
* Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated;
* The ability to thrive in ambiguity with a knack for problem solving;
* Strong attention to detail with proven ability to work autonomously and drive results.
