About This Role
Our legal team is seeking a skilled professional to assist with various tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, attending to property transactions, and preparing leases.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property transactions, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale for businesses and land
* Attending to large property transactions, including due diligence and option agreements
* Preparing and reviewing leases, licence agreements, franchising agreements
* Reviewing and advising on fuel supply agreements
* Assisting with procedural processes for rental determinations
* Liaising with our existing external legal panel
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years experience across a range of property transactions (ideally some experience with franchising)
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Able to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
* Detail oriented
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team
