About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Data Entry Officerto join our team at Smart AVR Pty Ltd in Nerang, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our administrative operations. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining seamless workflow processes and supporting overall business efficiency.
What you'll be doing
Accurately entering job details, pricing, and service data into our invoicing system.
Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company pricing structures.
Cross-check job completion reports with pricing details before processing invoices. Assisting with the maintenance and organisation of our electronic filing systems
Communicate with internal teams (technicians, admin, and finance) to verify job details and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all invoicing transactions.
Assist in monitoring outstanding invoices and coordinating with the finance team for follow-ups.
Support the administration team with data entry and other general tasks as needed.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in data entry, invoicing, or administration (preferably in an automotive or service-based industry).
High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing is a MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and invoicing software (MYOB, Xero, or similar).
On job Training with an internal company platform.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and clients.
