Pursehouse Ruralis a leading independent Agribusiness specialising in agricultural produce, equipment, services and advice across 26 locations in North West NSW and Queensland.
We are seeking Marketing Administrator to join our team based in our Tamworth Branch, on a full time basis.
The primary purpose of this role is focused on developing and maintaining marketing strategies and coordinating company events across both Pursehouse Rural and AGnVET Rural.
Duties include;
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade channels
· Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and industry events (e.g. field days, trade shows)
· Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, signage, and digital assets
· Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic SEO tasks
· Support social media scheduling, content coordination, and performance tracking
· Prepare marketing communications such as EDMs, newsletters, and customer updates
· Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and contact lists (customers, distributors, suppliers)
· Liaise with external agencies, printers, designers, and suppliers
· Collect and prepare marketing performance reports (campaign metrics, leads, engagement)
· Maintain CRM data accuracy and support customer segmentation
· Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
· Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials
· Support compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and corporate policies
Ideal applicants will possess the following:
* Demonstrated experience in marketing Administration, preferably in the agricultural sector
* Ability to travel to branches as required
* Effective time management skills and the ability to forward plan
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Ability to maintain a high standard of personal presentation
* Valid drivers licence, class C and a sound knowledge of safety around vehicles
