About the role
Ambitionz Health and Fitness is seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates instructor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and effective Pilates classes that help our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
What you'll be doing
1. Designing and leading Pilates classes that cater to a range of skill levels and abilities
2. Providing personalised instruction and guidance to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
3. Monitoring client progress and adjusting class plans accordingly
4. Maintaining a positive and motivating environment in the studio
5. Ensuring all Pilates equipment is well-maintained and stored properly
6. Adhering to studio policies and procedures
What we're looking for
1. Australian recognised pilates accreditation with certificate 3 in fitness
2. Up to date first aid/ CPR training or must complete before commencing position
3. Excellent knowledge of Pilates principles and the ability to demonstrate proper form
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals
