We specialise in environmentally friendly plumbing solutions, pipe relining, blocked drains & CCTV and general maintenance. We have built a reputation on honesty, quality workmanship and we're looking for a switched on Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, being the operational backbone off our office, the person who keeps things organised, ensure the techs have what they need and ensures our customers are looked after from first point of contact through to job completion. Working closely with the General Manager and field team to support scheduling, administration, customer communications and general business operations.
What we're looking for
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Proven experience in office manangement, administrations or operations coordination role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with accounting or job management software and Microsoft Office
* A proactive problem solving mindset
* Professional, warm and customer focused manner
* Experience in trade, construction or service based business
* Familiarity with scheduling field based staff
