WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent, supporting the full sales lifecycle while developing your own skills in listing, negotiation, and client management.
* Assist with property appraisals and listing presentations
* Conduct buyer inspections and open homes
* Manage buyer enquiries and follow up leads
* Support the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
* Build relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
* Prospect for new business opportunities (calls, door knocking, networking)
* Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
* Assist with marketing campaigns and property listings
* Minimum 2+ Years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a customer-facing sales role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A driven, proactive attitude with a desire to succeed in sales
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Professional presentation and strong work ethic
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience working within a high-performing real estate office
* Strong local market knowledge
* Proven experience in lead generation or sales environments
