Men's Wellbeing Support Worker Identified (FIFO)Apunipima Cape York Health Council – Cairns QLDAbout UsApunipima Cape York Health Council is a community controlled Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health service, which provides culturally appropriate, family centred, primary health care services to the communities and people of Cape York.About the RoleThe Men's Wellbeing Support Worker is responsible for the delivery of men's programs focussing on improving individual and community wellbeing for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander men residing in Mapoon and Kowanyama.
This role will be FIFO from Cairns and you will be rotating fortnightly between Mapoon and Kowanyama.
This position is full time and fixed term, ending 30 June ****.There is a genuine occupational requirement under Section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act **** (Qld), for this position to be filled by an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander male person.
