Job Description

- Financial Analysis and Deal Execution: Involved in the financial analysis, underwriting, deal evaluation, and structuring of investment and development transactions in Australia.

- Market Research: Managing economic and market research to support deal activity and asset management, ensuring well-informed decision-making.

- Leasing Support: Providing financial analysis and support for significant leasing transactions to drive the portfolio's performance.

- Reporting and Documentation: Creating investment committee papers and managing portfolio reporting, including preparing materials for investment and development deals.

- Asset Strategy and Positioning: Supporting the formulation of asset strategies and positioning to optimize income, value, and returns across the portfolio.

- Asset Enhancement: Assisting with initiatives aimed at enhancing asset value through development, expansion, or changes in use.

- Budget and Performance Management: Preparing and managing annual budgets and performance reports, covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.

- Collaboration with Property Management: Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure assets are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and well-managed.

- External Coordination: Building relationships with external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a highly analytical and resourceful professional with at least 4 years of experience in investment and asset management. They will have a strong understanding of real estate markets and be proficient in financial modeling. The candidate will possess a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. They will demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both local and international teams. A proactive, detail-oriented individual, the successful candidate will be adept at managing complex financial analysis, supporting asset strategies, and contributing to reporting and decision-making processes.
