The Role:
We are looking for a Credit Analysts/ Senior Credit Analyst. In this role, you'll work closely with the client and the internal team to assess financial information, structure deals, and ensure every submission aligns with both lender policy and Balanz's internal standards of excellence. It's a role well-suited to professionals who enjoy credit writing, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and contributing to meaningful, long-term client outcomes.
Typically, Your Days Will Include:
Efficiently handling CRM and data entry tasks
Reviewing and analysing financial information and credit reports
Developing financial models/ Assessing borrowing capacity for clientele
Liaise with clients and third parties to gather information and trouble shoot issues
Thoroughly researching lender policies & assist with preparing high quality loan scenarios and application packs
Coordinating compliance documentation and manage administrative tasks
Other duties as necessary to facilitate client success
Qualifications and Skills:
Bilingual – Mandarin speaking/reading is highly regarded
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously with minimal supervision
Understanding of lending procedure and lending policies
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confident working across platforms and managing multiple files
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals
