The Rehab Centre Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced personnel to join our dynamic team in Townsville. As part of the Department of Administration, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As the Receptionist – Reception & Relationships, you will manage front desk operations while supporting office administration and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities includes but not limited to:

* Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and guests in person and via phone.

* Screening, documenting, and forwarding calls and messages using Microsoft Teams.

* Providing general information and support to clients and families.

* Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of reception, therapy rooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces.

* Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and visitor sign-in procedures.

* Performing administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records.

* Managing office supplies, stationery, and general purchasing requirements.

* Preparing meeting rooms, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating room and vehicle bookings.

* Assisting with IT equipment setup, asset tracking, and maintaining the asset register.

* Supporting staff onboarding, coordinating catering, team lunches, and small internal events.

* Providing general administrative assistance to support the smooth running of the office.


The ideal candidate will be professional, organised, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

You will bring:

* Experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A professional and client-focused approach

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks

* A proactive approach and ability to work independently

* A commitment to professional development

* A genuine commitment to supporting the inclusion and participation of people with disabilities within their communities
