We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth and oversee daily operations at our café. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cafe operations, leading a high-performance team, and developing strategies for success.
* Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team — from rostering and recruitment to training and feedback.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and local area marketing initiatives.
* Maintain compliance and safety standards, from food safety to WHS, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
* Be hands-on when needed — whether that's on the floor, behind the machine, or supporting in the kitchen.
