About the Role
The RAES Operations Manager reports into the Remote Employment Manager and, with guidance, oversees the operations of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) and the on-ground teams in multiple remote locations while providing strategic support to the community development leadership team. You will directly contribute to improved outcomes that will enhance the lives of some of Australia's most remote First Nations Peoples.
Lead, manage and develop a team of Community Development Site Managers across several locations
Meet service delivery guidelines and reporting requirements to the National Indigenous Australians Agency and GM of Community Services
Support and manage community-based RAES programs and finances
Collaborate with participants and community for support strategies and timely responses
About you
Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services
Solid communication skills and senior management advisory experience
Proven ability to manage a budget – experience with federal funded programs advantageous
Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework
Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery
