About the Role
Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal
An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Deputy Principal at St Aloysius' College.
The successful candidate will provide high‐level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the efficient coordination and smooth operation of the Office of the Deputy Principal. This includes managing and prioritising matters of significance to ensure they are actioned in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence, the Personal Assistant will be skilled in calendar and diary management, preparing agendas and presentations, and coordinating community engagements, meetings, and conferences. The role also involves working collaboratively with colleagues across the College to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and major College events.
This is a full‐time position, offered on an ongoing basis.

Your Application
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
* Commitment to the mission of Catholic education of boys in the Jesuit tradition;
* Possess administrative experience at a senior level and/or relevant training/qualifications;
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information in accordance with the College's policies, rules and regulations;
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and key stakeholders across the College community;
* Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written);
* Strong relationship‐building skills with an ability to develop positive relationships with diverse members of the community;
* Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and willingness to support broader College administration functions, including reception relief and assistance during school holiday periods;
* Should be self‐driven and be able to produce work of a consistently high standard;
* Possess or willingness to undertake a valid Working with Children Check.
