**What you'll do
The PMO Lead role is embedded into the FM (Facilities Management) Portfolio with Woolworths 360 and a Leader Team member of the wider 360 PMO.
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining the framework for the operation of the PMO function within FM, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management, and collaborating with other PMO leads for resourcing and optimisation.
- Ensure the FM portfolio strategy aligns with 360 group, assist with the with development of pipelines within the business unit, maintain consistent prioritisation of projects and programs, lead and facilitate quarterly planning process and facilitation of internal and external governance forums
- Embed proactive safety focus and Group risk framework across all projects and programs within portfolio
- Identification of areas needing structure and developing new frameworks
- Managing a team to deliver performance reporting inc. Weekly / Fortnightly Dashboards and coach/mentor PMO coordinators in the portfolio
- Working closely with the relevant senior leaders in the FM team and cross-divisional stakeholders including Supermarkets and all other banners (BIG W, EDG, etc.), IT, Property, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Transport, Safety, Process Improvement and Replenishment.
- Managing requests for state and 360 PMO resources including optimisation and balancing capacity with internal/external resources to FM in line with program/portfolio requests
This role is pivotal to the ongoing transformation of Facilities Management, with numerous projects in the pipeline.
**What you'll bring
- 7+ years in a similar role leading Programs/Projects in a complex, Construction/Infrastructure, Project Management and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large end-to-end projects involving various business areas;
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience (Internal and External)
- Analytical skills to better understand risks and dependencies as well as finding opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
- Experience in establishing performance measures, governance reporting and quality assurance standards. Strong strategic thinking, leadership and decision making skills
