About the role
As the Clinical and Quality Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team across all clinical functions, quality systems, accreditation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the CEO and ensure the facility meets all Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering culturally appropriate and person-centred care.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and mentor clinical and ancillary staff
* Oversee care planning, audits, quality assurance, and incident management
* Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with all standards
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

This role is based in a remote community within the Kimberley region of Western Australia, known for its rich cultural heritage and striking natural beauty. About You
* Current AHPRA Registration
* A minimum of 2 years in a management or senior leadership role in aged care or a similar setting
