What you'll do
Retail Supervisor in Penzance – 40 hours per week. You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. It isn't an average retail role; you'll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
Day‑to‑day
* Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
* Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
* Asking questions and building relationships: make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need.
* Building a fun working environment: maintain great product availability and high branch standards, making sure the branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
