Are you a hands-on property professional who enjoys being out in the field rather than behind a desk?
We're looking for a motivated Property Officer to join our high-performing Property Management team at an industry-leading real estate agency.
This is a predominantly field-based role, ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in property management who enjoys inspections, renter and owner interaction, and being the face of a premium property portfolio. You'll be supported by experienced Senior Property Managers and a strong admin structure, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service on the ground while continuing to grow your career.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with our Senior Property Managers, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting routine inspections, entry & exit condition reports
* Managing leasing appointments, open homes, and property viewings
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades on-site
* Communicating professionally with renters and rental providers
* Assisting with compliance checks and documentation
* Supporting leasing campaigns and property marketing
* Representing the business with confidence and care in the field

What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Comfortable working independently in the field
* Experience with PropertyMe or similar property management software
* Solid understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent qualification
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
