We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our team at Kwinana.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Permit To Work (PTW) process is managed and controlled. This includes:
* Maintaining permit registers to track and record permits issued, their work area, work scope and other details.
* Reviewing new permit requests against current issued permits to identify any conflicts or issues.
* Managing lock boxes associated with isolation permits.
* Ensuring permits are completed correctly and clearly identify scope of work and location.
* Conducting regular inspections of work areas to ensure correct isolations are in place.
* Identifying and implementing improvements to the permit to work system.

Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
* Experience as a Permit Coordinator in a similar industry.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
