TREE PLANTER NOT URBAN GARDENER

Position: Planter
Location: Various jobsites across Sydney
High Earning Potential: Piece rate job with a guaranteed minimum wage of $30.35 per hour on the jobsite. Average planters earn $35-$50 per hour, with top planters making $70-$100 per hour. It’s tough work, but the financial rewards are amazing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planting plants of all sizes at diverse and exciting jobsites
- Paying close attention to detail to maintain high standards
- Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic every day
️♂️ Requirements:
- Physically fit (a sporting background will serve you well)
- Ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions (we sometimes call it off in heavy rain, though!)
- A great work ethic and mental toughness. Mind over matter to make great $$$

- DRIVERS LICENSE (OWN TRANSPORT/WILLINGNESS TO RENT IS AN ASSET)
- Getting Up to Speed: Be prepared for a couple of tough weeks as you get up to speed. This job is demanding, but once you hit your stride, you'll start making great money.
