As the Warehouse Store Coordinator, reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will manage inventory and physical stock of a primary regional warehouse and satellite stores to ensure availability of supply of consumables and parts for the Country Operations network and Maintenance function. This position will ocassionally require some traveling to our stores in Narrabri and Carrington.
In this role you will:
* Manage primary regional warehouse and inventory and oversee multiple satellite storage and supply locations within the ECA network
* Ensure Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance within warehouse and satellite storages
* Receive goods, including unloading and checking
* Organise and maintain warehouse and satellite storages and yards for efficient stores inventory management, replenishment, and processing
* Manage general enquiry, issue resolution and contribute to continual improvement of processes
Our successful candidate will:
* Hold a Forklift licence required
* Demonstrate warehousing, inventory management and administration experience.
* Good oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers, with a focus on service delivery
* Attention to detail and effective time management skills
* Capacity to use SAP Warehouse & Purchasing application
* Sound skills in Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) and administration
