Full Position Description
About the Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the dispensary and its day-to-day operations, ensuring high professional standards, smooth workflow, and excellent patient care.
You will work closely with ownership and staff to maintain a well-run, compliant, and efficient dispensary while helping implement and grow professional pharmacy services.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys responsibility, structure, and being actively involved in patient care.
Hours:
* Full-time position
* One evening per week until 8:00 pm required

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day dispensary operations
* Ensure dispensary maintenance, organisation, and upkeep
* Supervise and support dispensary staff
* Implement and manage professional services including but limited to:
* MedAdvisor SMS services
* MedsChecks and related programs
* Compound Direct
* PharmaPrograms
* LOTS Dispensary Software
* Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards
* Support efficient workflow, rostering, and stock control
* Provide high-quality patient counselling and clinical services
* Lead by example in professionalism, accuracy, and customer care

* AHPRA-registered pharmacist (essential)
* Previous experience in community pharmacy

* Familiarity with professional services such as MedsCheck and MedAdvisor (or willingness to learn)
* Confident use of pharmacy software systems - LOTS
