Administration Assistant - State Government
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team in a busy State Government Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support and contributing to risk management and office operations
* Managing office inventory, processing invoicing and payment reconciliation, and scheduling appointments
* Taking minutes at meetings and preparing agendas, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and conference bookings
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Office management or EA experience, with SharePoint knowledge an advantage
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make informed decisions
* Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to handle complex and competing priorities
Please note: You must provide two professional references from supervisors and a current Police Clearance.
