**Talent Acquisition Business Partner**
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves end to end internal recruitment combined with the ability to add value in the form of best practise recruitment process and continuous improvements.
In addition to hands on recruitment, you will work with and report to the GM People & Culture to develop, create and implement the recruitment processes for this successful and leading organisation in their niche and specialised field.
This is a client-focused business, with a large team of high performing individuals who strive for excellence in their service delivery, investing in their people and leading the way when it comes to industry specific technology and innovation.
The recruitment portfolio is diverse and will cover all white-collar roles. It'll be a busy, fast paced role so time management, organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities is a given, but this is what you love and thrive on
Because you are a 'people person' you'll comfortably interact with HR team members, line managers and external stakeholders, developing strong relationships and promoting the company's already strong brand in their industry.
In order to be successful in this newly created position, extensive experience in end to end recruitment where your current and/or previous role is predominately people focussed in a white collar corporate environment.
