Training and Development Manager - Bundaberg

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and drive excellence in vocational education and workforce capability.
About the Role
As the Training and Development Manager, you will:
* Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our RTO
* Ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements (ASQA, AQF, etc)
* Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of accredited and non-accredited training programs
* Manage and mentor a team of trainers and assessors
* Build strong partnerships with industry, community and funding groups
* Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital and blended learning models
About You
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in managing an RTO or similar training environment
* Strong knowledge of the standards for RTOs and VET sector compliance
* A passion for lifelong learning and community impact
* Relevant qualifications in training and assessment (eg, TAE40122 or equivalent) and business or education management
