The role of Digital Analytics Manager is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that insights from digital analytics inform strategic decisions.
* Establish a robust measurement framework underpinning the Google Analytics 4 stack.
* Maintain dataLayer integrity, implement custom event tracking, and configure variables & triggers within Google Tag Manager.
* Deliver actionable insights by exploring advanced GA4 segments, identifying journey drop-offs, and creating compelling dashboards.
* Translate analytics into high-impact test hypotheses to fuel experimentation and drive conversion rate optimisation.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with GA4 implementation and ongoing optimisation.
* Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager.
* Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL and BigQuery to query GA4 export tables and integrate CRM/transactional data.
* Experience with Looker Studio or similar tools.
* Evidence of using analytics to drive revenue or engagement growth.
Desirable Skills:
* Audience activation know-how.
* Experience with Sitecore Personalize or other CRO/personalisation platforms.
* GA4 or BigQuery certifications.
To Be Competitive:
* 5+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years at senior analyst or manager level.
* Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or equivalent commercial experience.
* Experience with data querying languages (e.g., T-SQL/SQL).
