Personal Assistant Role Description
As a highly skilled Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our division. This role offers variety and responsibility, from managing calendars and coordinating meetings to assisting with client billing, travel arrangements, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising meetings and supporting documentation;
* Managing team billing process and debtor / WIP management;
* Assisting with tenders, proposals, reports and letters;
* Utilising presentation tools to develop diagrams and flowcharts for client reports and deliverables;
* General administration duties for senior leaders;
* Processing expenses for senior leaders;
* Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
* Coordinating events and assist with marketing activities;
Requirements:
* 3 years previous experience in a similar role;
* Professional services experience (desirable);
* Experience in reporting to and managing multiple stakeholders;
* Advanced MS Office skills;
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
