We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to our aged care clients.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide domestic, social, respite and personal care services to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.
* Assist clients with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, mealtime assistance and medication prompting, ensuring their dignity and well-being at all times.
* Offer transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
* Build strong relationships with clients and their families, conducting regular observations and reporting any changes or concerns to ensure client safety and well-being.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working in aged care, disability or community nursing.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Australian Drivers Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
* National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
* The right to work in Australia.
