Who will you be working with?
This position is with one of Australia's top and rapidly expanding Insurance Broking firms. They are a National Company with approx. 20 offices across Australia, working directly with Directors and Managers to ensure the office is running smoothly across multiple departments in the business.

What will you be doing?
* Be the first point of contact for the office
* Maintain office supplies
* Facilitate payments and invoices
* Mail Management
* Meeting room set-up
* Organising the on-boarding of new starters
* Manage and report training logs
What do you need?
* Minimum 2 years in an Administrative, Executive Assistant or Office Management position
* An approachable and open demeanour, bringing energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Process-driven and highly organised
