Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our team of insurance lawyers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role, with a strong preference for prior experience within the insurance industry.
About the Role:
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to a team of insurance lawyers
* Work closely with peak defendant statutory and state & local government insurers, and other self-insureds
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organisational standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal terminology
