The Team
Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres, resources sector support and many more. The portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring and a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.
Your Opportunity
Come and join us as our next Regional Operations Manager. Based in Melbourne and overseeing multiple states (VIC, SA, TAS), you will lead an experienced team of specialists within our Services operations, driving ongoing growth and contributing to our success as part of a market‐leading brand and the World's Most Sustainable Company.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations – Deliver customer‐focused outcomes, maintain high regional performance against KPI's, and manage financial and commercial requirements.
* Leadership – Coach and motivate diverse teams including Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Engineers and other stakeholder groups.
* Customers – Act as the central point of contact across the region, supporting growth and meeting high demands from customers.
* Health, Safety and Environment – Proactively lead in high‐risk environments, exceeding compliance to safeguard wellbeing.
* Stakeholder Partnerships – Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, HS&E, Contractors and other specialist functions.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience in a similar multi‐site/multi‐region leadership role.
* Strong operational, people leadership and customer skills, with willingness to travel across the region.
* Commercial acumen covering Finance, P&L, Contractor Management, Tendering, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, etc.
* Ability to collaborate with specialists and achieve outcomes through people.
* Postgraduate qualifications or technical background in UPS, Cooling, Power Systems, LV, MV, HV is desirable.
