Our Country Hotel in Blackwater is seeking an\ Hands On experienced Hospitality / Hotel Duty Manager to be Hands on and to drive Customer Service and Hotel revenue.
Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters, the successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel shifts, Uphold and adhere to all Liquor Licence requirements, Serve Customers and Supervise Staff, promote Strategies across all Hotel departments.
Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:
* Leadership Skills and Good Communication Skills
* Experience in Hotel Operations with the ability to manage Bar, Bottleshop, Gaming & Food facilitates
* Current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course) & Approved Managers Licence
* Experience with Staff Management
* Experience with handling Gaming Machines
* Ability to use a computerised POS system, TAB and Keno
* Great Personality and People person
* Have a strong Customer focus
* Great with Promotions
* Strong Knowledge of the Liquor Act
