Electrical Commissioning Role
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Electrical Commissioning Technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning electrical systems and possess a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to take their careers to the next level. In this role, you will be working on-site at various locations, energizing systems progressively in a safe, controlled manner, verifying instrumentation and control systems wiring against P&IDs and I/O lists, conducting functional testing of electrical equipment and instruments, calibrating and proving safety interlocks, emergency stops, earth leakage devices, overloads, and trip functions.
* Energise systems progressively in a safe, controlled manner.
* Verify instrumentation and control systems wiring against P&IDs and I/O lists.
* Conduct functional testing of electrical equipment and instruments.
* Calibrate and prove safety interlocks, emergency stops, earth leakage devices, overloads, and trip functions.
* Support dry and wet commissioning phases (no-load and load tests).
The successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in a commissioning role, with a trade certification or AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech qualification. A certificate in instrumentation is also desirable.
