The Opportunity:
Step into a brand‐new, state‐of‐the‐art facility based at Millicent Roadhouse and be part of something exciting from day one. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Casual Console Operator to join our team on a rotating roster, including weekend work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while working independently.
As our Console Operator, you will:
* Deliver outstanding, customer‐first service
* Operate the console and manage cash handling accurately
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Manage stock and replenish as required
* Adhere to strict safety standards and manual handling procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the store
* Provide occasional after‐hours support and demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence
You'll ideally bring:
* 2+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality or retail
* A strong safety focus and attention to detail
* Confidence working both autonomously and within a small team
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
