ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve the Quality strategy at QuickstepRedesign and digitise the Quality Management System (QMS)Drive cultural change and drive improvements to reduce the cost of product non-conformancesReview and maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirementsSupport customer bids and contracts for Quality related requirementsContinuously evaluate manufacturing control processes to ensure final product outcome aligns with agreed customer requirementsManage and strengthen customer relationships on quality mattersSupport communication and training regarding the Quality & Environmental Policy and QMS requirementsWhat we are looking forA minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Quality/Leadership positionProven success in change management, process improvement and implementing quality methodologies and systemsPractical experience with quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment - including 8D problem solvingDemonstrated knowledge and application of the ISO 9001, AS9100 & AS9110 standardsAuditor to ISO9001/AS9100Who we areFor over two decades, we have enabled people to do great things in Aerospace globally.
