About The Role:
This role involves travel to various sites as required: Mostly Grovedale & Geelong. Warrnambool, Ballarat, Melton and Carrum Downs also required as needed.
You will play a key role in supporting our communities during periods of annual leave, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it.
This is a unique dual role which allows you the opportunity to get hands on with the cooking as well as leading the community for fill-in periods.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations and foster a welcoming community culture
* Prepare and serve meals that meet dietary and safety standards
* Support resident wellbeing through great food and great service
* Manage contractors, compliance and site presentation
* Travel across VIC sites with allowances provided
Requirements:
* A passion for cooking and community care
* Some leadership experience in hospitality or residential services
* Strong multitasking, communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to travel across multiple locations
* Food Safety Supervisor & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
