What You'll Do
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and agency sectors
* Build consultative relationships by understanding client brand and campaign goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored merchandise solutions
* Work closely with CEO & stakeholders, leading the way and sharing your knowledge
* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to support strategic growth initiatives

* Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in promotional products, marketing, or creative services
* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
* Passion for branding, design, and creative problem-solving
