• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Achieve financial and occupancy targets through effective leadership and strategic planning
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community, using your marketing mindset to drive enrolments
• Mentor and support your team to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager role
• Current Working with Children Check
• Demonstrated success in achieving targets and maintaining compliance and safety standards
