About the Role
As the Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning programs that helps shape Crown to be a place where our people and business can grow and succeed together. You'll lead the implementation and evaluation of learning initiatives that align with our strategic goals and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to design and run implement for innovative learning programs and behavioural 'nudges' to drive cultural transformation.
* Manage the Crown Melbourne Learning Facility, one of the largest corporate learning facilities in Victoria.
* Develop a community of practice within for learning within the Melbourne Property.
* Facilitate engaging training sessions, events, and develop digital learning content.
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities.
* Provide data-driven insights and reporting on learning outcomes and impact, looking for ways to innovate and optimise the current offering.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, including Responsible Service of Gaming.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive Experience in learning and development.
* Proven ability to lead learning programs and manage a learning centre or similar environment.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Strong program management skills of learning learning Lifecyle.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, or related fields. Post-graduate qualifications and certifications in facilitation or coaching are highly regarded.
* Someone ready and excited for the fast-paced changing enviorment of a business in Transformation.
