Purpose Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role leads the management accounting team, ensuring delivery of accurate and timely month end results, forecasting and relevant financial reports, while also providing accounting support to the Senior Finance Business Partner and the Commercial Analyst team. Day to day you’ll be… Lead a team of management accountants, ensuring resource prioritisation and constant growth and improvements. Ensure performance and accuracy of the management accounting team and their key deliverables. Design management reports effectively capturing the key business indicators. Managing forecasting and budgeting including 3 way modelling (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow). Managing preparation of financial reporting packs including month end results handbooks. Key contact for numerous business stakeholders including operations, sales, account management and supply. Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets, including balance sheet reconciliations. Work with and support commercial analytics team to drive business’ strategic initiatives. Constantly look to improve efficiencies within finance workflow processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any financial queries for business stakeholders.
