About the Role
* This is an opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional to take on a leadership role in childcare and outside school hours care.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team, and working with the team to plan for the future of the centre.
Responsibilities
The Centre Director will be responsible for:
* Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* Building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Working with the team to plan for the future of the centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
